  • Interview for Success - a nuts to bolts program for front line supervisors and managers on how to find and hire the right people. An eight hour course that covers recruitment, interpreting the resume, developing effective gate keeping questions, managing the interview, making the selection and a summary of the Do's and Don'ts when interviewing, with a focus on legal compliance. 
  • Excellence In Supervision - a course for beginning supervisors that covers all the essentials of getting started in their new role, including brief overviews of interviewing, hiring, firing, performance appraisals, motivation, sexual harassment, violence in the workplace, etc.
  • Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace - a two-part course designed for (1)supervisors/managers and (2) all other staff/employees in understanding what constitutes sexual harassments in the workplace, how to prevent it and also how to address it when it does occur, including appropriate avenue for reporting incidents and proper investigation when incidents occur.
  • FMLA 101 – a basic course in understanding FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) and how to properly implement and administer the program, including proper supervisory training, notification to employees of rights under FMLA, tracking time taken under FMLA, and how to minimize a company’s losses in productivity by better controlling FMLA abuse.
  • How to Avoid Wrongful Termination – basics in knowing when to terminate and how.  Provides up-to-date compliance information on how to terminate employees yet prevent devastatingly costly wrongful termination suits.
