Company Profile

HRCG (Hampton Roads Consulting Group, Inc.) is owned and operated by Don and Brenda Meadors. Formerly known as Dani Enterprises, the Company is in its twentieth year of operation, t/a The Hampton Roads Assessment Center for seven years and prior to that as Norrell Services for twelve years. As owners of the local franchise of Norrell Services, Don and Brenda successfully ran a high quality staffing service that specialized in serving as a strategic partner in the hiring needs of companies throughout the Hampton Roads area in industries such as service, manufacturing, financial, telecommunications, government contractors, retail, utilities, etc. Individually, Don has a highly successful and extensive career in sales and marketing management, and Brenda has over 25 years corporate HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employment and strategic human resource management, with companies from 150- 2000 employees. They both have served on numerous advisory boards for the military, schools, colleges, state employment services, etc. as well as serving in leadership capacities in various civic, community and professional organizations. In addition, they founded two successful local networking groups , HR2 (Hampton Roads Human Resources) and HRC2 (Hampton Roads Call Center) which are both still active in the area. With an extensive list of clients and networking contacts throughout the community, they are well equipped to help companies hire, manage, motivate and develop their employees.
